It requires 7+ years of HSE experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or HSE, and ability to work onsite across multiple sites. Travel may be required; full-time with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, electrical or mechanical) or HSE discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of HSE experience in industrial/construction environments.
• Work experience in managing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs (e.g., guarding, fall protection, crane/rigging).
• Develop and sustain Safety Culture Improvement Plan and Behaviors Based Safety.
• Serve as primary safety liaison across multiple Lilly sites and centers.
