What you will do as a Senior HRIS Analyst :

The Senior HRIS Analyst will serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to manage Workday functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and daily issue resolution.

• Act as a technical point-of-contact for assigned areas, ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvements.
• Configure new Workday features and enhancements, considering regional requirements.
• Guide stakeholders through Workday releases and features to determine adoption.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for changes and new functionalities.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to identify system improvements that enhance business and employee experiences.
• Conduct root cause analysis for issues, considering cross-functional impacts.
• Develop and support reports, both scheduled and ad-hoc.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for HR system functionalities and processes.
• Monitor and configure security roles and policies within HRIS.
• Provide end-user support for HR system issues.

What we are looking for :

• 5+ years of HR system administration experience, including Workday HCM configuration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop solutions.
• Technical aptitude and quick learning ability.
• Knowledge of key HR processes such as recruiting and compensation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• Experience with Workday security, calculated fields, reports, and integrations is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
