Job summary

Novelis is seeking a Sr. Manager, Corporate Human Resources Business Partner & Workplace Operations to lead HR strategies for corporate functions and oversee Workplace Operations across Atlanta HQ, Kennesaw, and Spokane facilities.

You will partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement, while driving safe, efficient workplace services and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, performance management, succession planning, and change management.
• Comprehensive understanding of organizational, operational, financial, and strategic business drivers and their impact on workforce decisions.
• Ability to assess organizational issues, identify root causes, and develop sustainable solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Strong capability to influence senior leaders, facilitate difficult discussions, manage competing priorities, and drive organizational outcomes.
• Knowledge of workplace operations, facilities services, vendor management, workplace planning, security, safety requirements, and employee experience practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership for Corporate functions and oversee HRBP teams.
• Lead talent review, succession planning, and leadership development across Corporate functions.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, inclusion, and organizational performance initiatives.
• Guide employee relations matters, risk management, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Lead Corporate HRBP team development and ensure consistent HRBP support.
• Oversee workplace operations and facilities management for multiple sites and partners.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and restructurings across corporate functions.
