Job summary

PLACE is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with the VP of Human Resources and leaders across PLACE's Technology & Services companies. You will drive organizational planning, talent strategy, and employee relations while owning a functional area within our enterprise People Operations Center of Excellence.

With 7+ years of HR experience, you coach leaders through tough conversations, translate business goals into talent programs, and govern CoE initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP experience with complex employee relations.
• A track record governing CoE-style programs (PM, engagement, onboarding, or compliance).
• Strong data-to-insights mindset; solid knowledge of employment law.
• Clear communication across all levels; HRIS/ADP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across PLACE Companies on talent and HR matters.
• Guide organizational planning — org design, headcount, workforce planning, succession.
• Identify people-centric shared services across multiple entities.
• Translate business goals into talent strategies and initiatives.
• Resolve complex employee relations through investigations.
• Coach leaders on HR situations and difficult conversations.
• Collaborate with Legal on compliance, benefits, and risk mitigation.
• Support performance management and calibration for assigned units.
• Develop and maintain HR policies with the VP of HR.
• Lead projects that strengthen talent initiatives and HR infrastructure.
• Coordinate onboarding, compensation, training, benefits, and services.
• Own a PLACE enterprise Center of Excellence area and report effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies across units.
