Job summary

McCain Foods USA, Inc. in Oakbrook Terrace seeks an HRBP, Global Snacking to partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Portfolio & Marketing and International teams. Leads talent strategy, coaching and workforce planning, with one direct report.

You will influence HR processes, develop KPIs, drive performance culture, and ensure legal compliance while collaborating across time zones to energize the business. This role reports into the HR function globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 7–10 years’ experience supporting leaders at multiple levels.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results.
• Strong data analysis and Excel proficiency.
• Experience coaching leaders in talent management and performance.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Establish HR strategies with HR and SLT teams to meet business objectives.
• Drive and improve HR processes across client groups.
• Own and track HR metrics and KPIs.
• Foster a culture of performance and positive employee relations.
• Develop development plans and talent opportunities for staff.
• Coach leaders on talent management and performance differentiation.
• Partner with TA and HR Specialist on staffing across levels.
• Collaborate with COE on talent management, assessments and leadership development.
• Work with Compensation & Benefits to implement competitive programs.
• Coordinate with Communications on planning and communications.
• Ensure legal compliance.
