This position offers an excellent opportunity to be creative and innovative while developing our workforce. The successful candidate will work with a team of HR Professionals dedicated to making ODH a WORKPLACE OF CHOICE. You will design, deliver, and evaluate sessions and workshops in various adult learning formats including in person, eLearning, and virtual.
Coordinate workforce planning and development projects, design, facilitate, and evaluate training programs, establish assessment guidelines, and implement learning plans to address staffing skill gaps.

Minimum 3 years of human resources experience, or relevant educational background with experience, or equivalent qualifications. Skills include Human Resources, Learning and Development, and professional qualities like analyzation, attention to detail, customer focus, and communication.

Applicants must support their answers with their work experience and education. The position starts at Pay Grade 12, Step 1 ($30.96/hr), with potential increases after six months and annually.
