Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Project Manager III for the HR Program Management Office, based in Pittsburgh, PA or nearby Ohio locations. This role leads complex HR projects from concept through implementation, with emphasis on international expansion and M&A initiatives.

You will coordinate across HR COEs, Technology, HRIS, and HR Risk; develop work plans; manage scope, risk, and communications; and mentor project teams. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required; 3+ years of relevant experience.
• PMO experience with HR projects preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex HR projects from concept through implementation and post-project assessment.
• Develop project work plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate governance meetings and executive presentations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR COEs, Technology, HRIS, and HR Risk.
