Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or closely related field.
• Five years of professional HR experience equivalent to a HR Analyst with the City of Riverside.
• Master's degree may substitute for one year of required experience.
• Experience recruiting for public agencies and senior management positions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for assigned HR functions.
• Organize and supervise staff across recruitment, compensation, benefits, labor relations, training, and affirmative action programs.
• Participate in budget preparation and administration.
