Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Senior Director of HR Policy and Compliance to own the policy framework, compliance approach, and governance for workforce changes. You will translate employment law into clear policies, build controls, and ensure accessibility through self-service and digital channels.

You will collaborate with Legal, Employee Relations, HR Business Partners, and Finance to maintain current, coherent policies aligned with business needs and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Law is required.
• 10+ years of HR Policy Compliance and Governance experience in a large organization.
• Ability to translate employment law into practical policies and guidance.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, and communications.
• Knowledge of total rewards, succession planning, and organizational capability & development.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise HR policy framework and governance.
• Lead simplification and modernization of HR policies for clarity and usability.
• Advise senior stakeholders on policy interpretation, compliance risks, and governance.
• Own the governance framework for organizational restructures and workforce actions.
• Shape self-service and digital enablement to simplify policy access and interpretation.
• Partner across functions to ensure policy administration, controls, and escalation.
