Qualifications

• Senior level: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of HR experience; or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs workplace investigations and prepares investigative reports.
• Provides guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and leave.
• Advises on policy interpretation and institutional effectiveness measures.
• Coaches on problem resolution using coaching, mediation, or progressive discipline.
• Maintains business acumen and knowledge of university units and long-range plans.
• Researches innovative HR practices and trends in higher education.
• Collaborates with other HR functions and serves on cross-functional projects.
