On behalf of FutureMeds, GT is looking for a Senior HR Manager to oversee the HR operations at FutureMeds Ukraine.

About the Client

FutureMeds, an independent Site Management Organization (SMO), was founded in 2019 and specializes in European clinical trials across 20+ therapeutic areas. With a strong focus on patient-centric, decentralized approaches, they advance medical research by ensuring timely trials, robust data quality, and speeding up the delivery of new medicines.

Over the years, they have reached:

  • 24 strategically positioned sites

  • The team of over 220 skilled investigators

  • A network of more than 1,350 homecare providers

Goal of the Role
  • Provide HR Business Partnering support to the Country Managing Director (MD) and Site Directors.

  • Manage all aspects of Country-level HR Operations.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Global HR agenda from a local (Country) perspective.

Reporting Line:
You will report to the Managing Director of FutureMeds Ukraine, with a dotted-line responsibility to the Global HR Director.

Location:
Kyiv, Ukraine. Occasional international travel may be required.

Responsibilities:

Business Partnering

  • Advise the Country MD and Site Directors on all local HR matters, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the country's labour laws and employment practices.

  • Act as a key contributor and adviser to the Country leadership team.

HR Operations

  • In partnership with the global project lead, oversee the migration of HR data to the new HRIS; conduct user training sessions as required.

  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of all HR data on HRIS; create reports and monitor trends.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all Country hires, including job profile creation, vacancy advertising, CV screening, candidate administration, and onboarding.

  • Manage the timely and accurate submission of monthly payroll data to the payroll partner.

  • Ensure timely and accurate updates and creation of HR policies.

  • Manage all employee documentation, including salary review information, reference letters, etc.

Culture & Engagement

  • Partner with the Country MD, Site Directors, and Global HR Director to ensure full cultural assimilation of site teams to FutureMeds.

  • Manage Country initiatives to embed the Progress P.A.C.T. across the Country.

  • Manage employee relations issues and drive Country initiatives to promote employee well-being.

  • Oversee the annual performance management review.

  • Support the MD and Site Directors in assessing development needs and creating training plans.

Global HR

  • Act as a key contributor to the global HR team by providing local Country insights and overseeing the implementation of global HR initiatives at the Country level.

Essential knowledge, skills & experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner

  • Educated to degree level/equivalent

  • Experience with HRIS migration

  • Experience of supporting cultural assimilation

  • Fluent in English

Nice-to-have
  • Experience in Clinical Trials/Life Sciences

  • Global/ SME experience

  • International experience

  • Written/spoken German
