The role drives HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, workforce planning, performance, and engagement while ensuring compliance across sites. The position is based in West Bend, Wisconsin with a hybrid schedule (remote up to 2 days/week) and potential domestic travel up to 15%.

The Sr. HR Manager – Sales is responsible for supporting the sales organization of the North America region and managing a team consisting of an HR Generalist and a Front Desk Admin. This position uses working knowledge of the role and the business to support, guide, and develop HR direct reports. Oversees and ensures that HR strategies align with business objectives and key initiatives. Establishes procedures to analyze trends and monitor compliance. The role works closely with the leadership and HR team to provide guidance and support to business on workforce planning, talent management, performance and development, employee engagement, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
HR Management: Serve as the primary HR connection to the Sales leadership in the North America region. Translate business strategy into proactive HR initiatives that drive organizational performance and employee engagement. Collaborate closely with the Sr. HR Manager – Operations.
Talent Management: Oversee and implement key Talent Management processes aligned with global approach, including performance management, succession planning, and high-potential identification for the region.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Workforce Planning: Partner with leaders on workforce planning initiatives to ensure the structure, roles, and staffing levels support business objectives.
Employee Relations: Manage complex and sensitive Employee Relations issues, to foster a positive work environment.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team consisting of an HR Generalist and Front Desk Admin, ensuring high performance, compliance, and professional growth.
HR Operations Oversight: Ensure effective and compliant execution of core HR operations, including end-to-end employee lifecycle within the region.
Policy & Compliance: Be the local expert for state employment laws and regulations. Develop, interpret, and implement local HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency across the sites.
Engagement: Analyze and act on employee feedback and engagement, developing targeted interventions to improve employee retention and productivity.
Lead and support significant change management efforts within the North America region
Implement changes in a way that minimizes disruption and maximizes employee adoption. This involves engaging with leaders to identify the impact of change, prepare a team for transitions and reinforce new behaviors for long term success.
Leverage HR analytics to provide insights on attrition, engagement, hiring, performance and engagement trends
Recommend actions backed by data for better people and business outcomes
Minimum of 9 years of progressive HR experience, supporting a sales organization.
Proven experience in leading and managing an HR team.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication.
Problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to manage conflict and influence without authority
Proficient in HRIS tools and data interpretation
Strategic mindset with a hands on approach
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
