Job summary

FlatironDragados is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for the Susquehanna River Rail Bridge Replacement project in Maryland. You will partner with project leadership to forecast staffing, oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, and compliance across multiple states.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 7+ years of experience in HR, with construction industry experience preferred. Certifications such as SPHR/GPHR/CHRP are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience, construction or related industry preferred.
• SPHR/GPHR/CHRP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to forecast resourcing needs and manage talent pools.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations and exits.
• Lead HR programs on training, compensation, and compliance across the project.
• Coordinate with legal and immigration teams to ensure compliance.
• Document HR data changes and support performance evaluations.
