Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Senior HR Manager in Carol Stream, IL to lead the full scope of HR operations. You will oversee employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and policy administration, serving as a strategic advisor to site leadership.

You will develop and coach HR staff, drive HR initiatives, and ensure legally sound, consistent application of policy across the site in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 7–10+ years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO).

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for Carol Stream site.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and policy.
• Manage recruitment and workforce planning.
• Ensure legal compliance and policy alignment.
• Coach managers on performance and difficult conversations.
• Partner with site leadership and HR Director.
