Job summary

Peabody Energy, Inc. is seeking an HR leader to execute the company’s HR strategy at the NARM site in Wright, Wyoming. The role coordinates employee relations, performance management, policy development, and change management to balance business objectives with employee needs.

The position leads HR programs for the location, supports hiring, and ensures compliance with AA/EEO programs while promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
• 5-7 years of verifiable HR experience, preferably with mine/industrial exposure, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, partner, and consult in the development, implementation, and integration of HR strategies, programs, processes, policies, and procedures for the location.
• Provide internal HR leadership and coaching to management and employees to ensure effective employee relations and continuous improvement.
• Support all hiring activities for professional and hourly staffing, including planning, prospecting, recruiting, and candidate assessment.
• Ensure compliance with AA/EEO programs and promote diversity and inclusion at the mine.
