val's services seeks a Senior Associate to support post-deal HR integrations across mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and carve-outs for large corporations and private equity clients. You will merge compensation/benefits platforms, identify HR exposure during due diligence, and drive project management from scope to client communication.

You will benchmark and refine compensation programs in transactional and transformational scenarios, maintaining professionalism and integrity throughout.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in actuarial or consulting roles related to employee benefits and compensation plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong project management skills.
