Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; commensurate experience.
• 6 years of progressive HR experience; 3–5 years in Employee Relations, HR Operations, or Risk Mitigation.
• Ability to conduct complex internal investigations and provide actionable summaries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in federal/state/local labor laws to ensure compliance.
• Draft, update, and maintain the Employee Handbook and internal HR policies/guidelines.
• Translate complex regulations into clear guidelines for managers and employees.
• Oversee pre-employment screening and vendor management for drug screening.
• Prepare and file government reports (EEO-1, New Hire Reporting, etc).
• Conduct internal HR audits (I-9, E-Verify, personnel files).
• Serve as main contact for external audit firms and manage audit logistics.
• Manage CAPR and document robust corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Collaborate with site HR and operations to implement timely solutions.
• Upload evidence and maintain Sedex profile with up-to-date data.
