Qualifications

• Five years of experience in human resources in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of California employment laws, compensation, benefits, and recruitment.
• Ability to implement organization-wide policies and systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to prioritize workloads.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily HR operations including training programs and policy administration.
• Provide HR support for recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with governing agencies.
• Post positions, coordinate interviews, and assist with hiring events.
• Manage HRIS data entries and reporting; support compensation and benefits activities.
• Deliver staff trainings and prepare presentations for meetings.
