Job summary

Capitol Broadcasting Company (CBC) seeks a Sr. HR Generalist to lead high-volume recruitment and support employee relations and engagement initiatives at the Durham/Bulls stadium campus.

You will drive talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding while partnering with leadership to implement policies and programs. The role requires robust knowledge of employment laws, experience with ATS/HRIS systems, and the ability to manage multiple HR projects in a fast-paced sports environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• 5+ years of experience with employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high volume positions.
• Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring trends and time-to-fill.
