Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting a fast-paced manufacturing workforce.

Responsibilities

• Managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Advising leaders on performance management, corrective action, and difficult conversations.
• Administering onboarding/orientation, I-9/E-Verify, and payroll-system enrollment.
• Monitoring compliance with OSHA, FMLA, EEO, FLSA, unemployment, and related requirements.
• Tracking HR metrics and emerging trends.
• Supporting leaves, workers’ compensation, incident reporting, and unemployment claims.
• Maintaining accurate personnel records.
• Coordinating with corporate benefits for program administration.
• Overseeing receptionist/HR assistant support.
