Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide full HR support across recruiting, benefits, employee relations, training and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Partner with management on strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Administer HRIS data entry and HR reporting.
• Support safety programs and workers' compensation processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee orientation.
