In this hands-on role, you'll handle employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition support, benefits administration, and organizational development to foster a high-performance culture.

Relocation assistance available to US residents; annual salary range $86,000–$126,000, with eligibility for a variable incentive.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years HR experience in manufacturing operations.
• No immigration sponsorship provided for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Recommend, plan, implement and coordinate HR programs and policies per guidelines.
• Support recruitment, personnel records, employee relations, compensation, benefits, org development.
• Develop and disseminate HR policies and procedures via booklets and meetings.
• Prepare reports to meet legislated requirements and organization needs.
• Coordinate recruitment for open positions and assist promotions.
• Support safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
