Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC in Meridian, ID is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to partner with leaders and deliver HR services across onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance and data management.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of HR experience, healthcare exposure is preferred, and SHRM-CP/PHR certification is valued. The role supports a hybrid schedule (onsite Mon-Thu, remote Fri) with a $70,000–$90,000 USD salary.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in healthcare environments is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• ShRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Proven advisor to managers with strong business acumen and confidentiality.
• Strong communication, facilitation, listening and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to address employee concerns and provide HR guidance.
• Support onboarding activities, I-9 compliance, orientation, and timekeeping setup.
• Audit and maintain HR records, systems and personnel files for data integrity.
• Manage leave of absence programs and benefits processes.
• Analyze HR data, generate reports, and provide insights for workforce planning.
• Lead HR projects, measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop communications and reports on HR initiatives and updates.
