Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 5+ years of experience managing the employee lifecycle.
• Experience in payroll administration, benefits management, recruiting, onboarding, and employee records.
• Strong collaboration with leadership and a focus on a JUST organization culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end candidate experience and full-cycle recruiting.
• Assist with performance management, compensation adjustments, and employee development plans.
• Serve as internal HR consultant to leaders and mediate employee relations.
• Ensure payroll accuracy across multiple entities and wage-hour compliance.
• Administer benefits enrollments, changes, terminations and deductions.

WhatYou’llDo

We are looking to add a talentedSenior HR Generalistto manage theday-to-dayaspects of the HR function of Pure Architects andsupportthe HR needs across otherfamilybusinesses.This role will work closely with leadership and theFirmoperations team and will create a positive, consistent employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle and serves as a primary resource for employees and leadership on HR-related matters. Responsibilities include payroll administration, employee benefitsmanagement, recruiting, onboarding, employee records, leave administration, employee relations, compliance, performance support, and offboarding.

In this role, you will:

• Useyourbachelor’s degree in HR or related field along with 5+ years of experience to manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle and collaborate with the leadershipandFirmoperationsteam to develop andmaintaina strong company culturethatsupports a JUST organization.
• Cultivate an engaging candidate experience by managing the full cycle recruiting process by applying creative talent sourcing ideas, interviewing, extending offers, andfacilitatingthe onboarding process.
• Utilize excellent interpersonal communication skills to work collaboratively with leaders throughout the organization through assisting with the performance management process, compensation adjustments, andemployeedevelopmentplans.
• Establish credibility throughout the organization to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues by taking time to get to know our employees on a personal level and serve as an internal consultant to other leaders within the organization to lead, advise and mediate employee relations situationsand corrective actionsto ensure fairness and consistency
• Have a strong attention to detail and understanding of payrolladministration andprocessingtoperform payroll activities across multiple entitiesensuring compliance with wage and hour laws and addressing payroll inquiries.
• Manage all employee leaves of absences by ensuring compliance with organizational policies and laws by tracking deadlines, paperwork, andassistingemployees through proactive communication and service.
• Administer all benefits including enrollments, changes,terminationsand processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensureaccuraterecord-keeping and proper deductions.
• Continually evaluate policies and programs todetermineany gaps, and remain competitive within the industry including compensation, benefits, diversity,equityand inclusionto ensure applicants and employees of all backgrounds are welcomed,celebratedand can thrive.
