Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and resolve complex employee relations issues with discretion and consistency
  • Coach and guide managers through performance management, documentation, and feedback
  • Coordinate and improve processes related to goal-setting, reviews, and talent tracking
  • Partner with L&D and Compensation on follow-up actions post-review cycles
  • Ensure compliance with employment policies, procedures, and federal/state laws
  • Analyze HR data and trends to recommend proactive solutions
  • Act as a point of contact for escalated associate issues or process gaps
  • Support general HR operations including onboarding, leave coordination, and benefits


What you Offer

  • 5-8 years of HR experience, including generalist and employee relations work
  • Proven ability to support and advise leaders on people-related decisions
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering consistent follow-through
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, offering solutions, and driving change
  • Experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and basic HR reporting
