Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a Senior HR Finance professional to drive budgeting and forecasting for HR cost centers. You will lead the HR Finance & Administration team and provide analyses to guide HR investments.

Strong FP&A experience and leadership are required, with a focus on accuracy, controls, and US regulatory compliance. This role reports to the People Team within SEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 8+ years of finance experience focusing on FP&A and financial analysis.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles for HR cost centers with timely insights.
• Lead the HR Finance & Administration team to drive financial excellence.
• Provide business impact and risk analyses for high-impact HR investments.
• Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with HQ and US regulations.
