Primary Function:- The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) provides strategic support and consultation on human resources-related matters within the designated Operating Unit (OU). The incumbent establishes and maintains effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff.
- The Sr. HRBP partners with senior leadership to analyze, monitor, and address human resources initiatives that aim to strategically and proactively enhance the work environment.
- This role also leverages expertise across various HR functions to provide tactical support to line managers and serves as a liaison with other HR areas—including recruitment, training and development, employee/labor relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Additionally, the Sr. HRBP offers change management leadership as needed.
Basic Requirements:- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years as a HR Business Partner.
- Proven success in leading within a unionized environment is required for all Operating Units, with the exception of the Medical Group, Main Center, and Corporate Services.
- Certification in at least one major HR discipline—such as PHR, SPHR, CEBS, CCP, or CBP—is preferred.
