Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and change leader. The role partners with function leaders to translate business priorities into workforce strategy and to strengthen leadership engagement and capabilities.

The candidate will influence organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives while driving data‑driven decisions to improve performance and employee relations across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a high-level HR business partner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Strong analytical skills, identifying necessary data impact
• Experience influencing leaders & driving workforce planning or organizational design initiatives
• Ability to support transformation & organizational change

Compensation

• Base pay starting at $90,000/yr

Job Duties

The Senior HR Business Partner operates as a strategic advisor, change leader & business operator. This role will work with function leaders & managers to translate business priorities into workforce strategy that drives results. They will work to support the associate experience & strengthen leadership engagement & capabilities.

• Business Acumen & Operational Partnership: Understand how the business operates & proactively connect workforce strategies to real outcomes that matter
• Organizational Development: Help shape how our organization aligns structure, talent and capabilities
• Change Leadership: Guide leaders & teams through change with clarity & confidence, help them adopt & sustain new ways of working
• Data-Driven Insight: Leverage data to tell our story, uncover insights & drive informed decisions to improve performance
• Leadership Coaching: Invest in leaders, challenge support & develop them to lead with greater impact & accountability
• Employee Relations & Culture: Navigate complex situations thoughtfully, helping maintain a culture where associates feel respected, heard & engaged.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Build strong partnerships across the organization, drive alignment & progress in a collaborative environment
