OneMagnify, a data-driven AI-native digital agency, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to lead people strategy for designated units in Detroit.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders, shape talent management and organizational design, and drive workforce planning and engagement.

Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, you’ll implement HR programs, address relations with discretion, and influence cross-functional initiatives to deliver business outcomes.

The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a critical strategic role within OneMagnify, serving as a trusted advisor and primary HR point of contact for designated department leaders. This role effectively functions as the Head of HR for their assigned business units, leading the people strategy and ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives. The Senior HRBP will anticipate organizational needs, proactively identify challenges, and implement solutions in talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement. This high-impact, high-visibility role requires a strong leader with outstanding influencing skills and who can get results in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Need

• Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Leader supporting senior leadership. Experience in marketing, technology, or consulting industries is a plus.
• Ability to own and lead HR strategy for business units with minimal oversight. Demonstrated ability to build and implement strategic HR plans.
• Exceptional influence, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments preferred.
