Job summary

Artha Nexgen seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to improve reliability, performance, and security of the HPC infrastructure powering frontier-scale supercomputers. You will work in the HPC Infrastructure and Platforms group on the OLCF Slate Service built on Kubernetes and OpenShift, ensuring production applications run reliably and efficiently.

Responsibilities include leading platform reliability, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years SRE/Systems Engineer experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Linux in HPC environments.
• Ability to obtain DoE clearance and pass WSAP drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability and scalability improvements for Kubernetes and Linux services.
• Define and implement best practices and standards for the center.
• Provide primary operational support for production applications.
