Job summary

You will partner with the business development team, conduct deep technical discovery, evaluate workloads, and design benchmarks and proofs of concept with Bolt's engineering organization.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring on-site collaboration. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in HPC architecture or sales engineering, experience with GPUs and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or HPC engineering.
• Strong understanding of HPC architectures and compute-intensive workloads.
• Experience engaging with seasoned technical customers and translating workloads into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customer engineering, HPC, research, and infrastructure teams.
• Identify workloads where Bolt's architecture provides performance or cost-performance advantages.
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical requirements for Bolt's engineering organization.
• Design and coordinate benchmarks, technical evaluations, proofs of concept, and workload validation.
• Develop technical materials, reference architectures, benchmark methodologies, and customer-facing documentation.
• Represent Bolt at HPC, simulation, and industry events.
