Erias Ventures is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain a distributed Metrics and Monitoring solution for HPC systems. The role requires strong Python, Shell, and Splunk expertise, with a focus on dashboards, data onboarding, and performance tuning.

The candidate must hold a Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance. Ten to fourteen years of SWE experience in similar programs are expected, with a background in Linux command-line tools and automation using

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with extensive SWE experience.
• 10+ years of SWE experience in programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance is required; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a distributed Metrics and Monitoring solution for HPC systems.
• Collaborate on reliability, performance, and scalability improvements; develop Splunk dashboards and reports.
• Develop automation and IaC using Ansible; integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
