Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience operating large-scale Linux compute infrastructure.
• Hands-on with HPC schedulers (LSF, Slurm) in HPC or silicon design environments.
• Proficient in Linux administration (CentOS/RHEL).
• Strong problem solving and communication with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Manage, scale, and optimize job scheduling systems (LSF, Slurm) in a large-scale, multi-site environment.
• Analyze scheduler and infrastructure performance data to drive improvements in utilization and turnaround time.
• Lead problem solving across scheduler, OS, and workload layers to resolve service-impacting issues.
• Identify recurring operational challenges and implement automation or process improvements.
• Help define and track metrics and SLOs for service performance and reliability with customer collaboration.
• Contribute to operational standards, documentation, and best practices across sites.
• Partner with customer teams to clarify requirements and drive issues to closure.
