Job summary

Xenon7 is seeking an HPC Platform Engineer to lead the engineering and operations of scalable HPC platforms. You will enable analytic, statistical, and scientific computing within high-performance infrastructure, partnering with researchers to optimize performance and workflows.

In this role you will leverage automation, containers, and schedulers to improve availability and efficiency across on-premises and cloud environments, driving reproducible workflows and measurable infrastructure metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in HPC Platform Engineering.
• Experience leading a global, large-scale infrastructure project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and operations of scalable HPC platforms.
• Enable HPC infrastructure and experiences.
• Collaborate with researchers to optimize performance and workflows.
• Develop tooling for orchestration, scheduling, data access, and reproducibility.
• Evolve on-premises and cloud HPC environments for availability and performance.
• Define and monitor infrastructure metrics and resource utilization.
