Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing seeks a Customer Solutions Architect focused on HPC & GPU to design, deploy, and optimize compute-intensive workloads for strategic clients in Dallas. You will partner with sales, product, and engineering, translating complex capabilities into scalable, high-performance architectures and long-term customer success.

The role demands deep cloud, HPC, and GPU expertise, leadership in cross-functional settings, and the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Cloud Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with cloud, HPC, and GPU-based computing environments.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Python programming.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key and strategic customers.
• Troubleshoot HPC, cloud, infrastructure, and AI/ML workload challenges.
• Guide customers on compute performance optimization for ML training and GPU workloads.
• Deliver architecture discussions, demos, and solution walkthroughs.
