Qualifications

• Master’s degree in urban planning, public policy, sociology, economics, geography, social work, public health, or closely related field.
• Minimum of four years of progressively responsible research experience in an academic, policy, government, or research organization setting, broadly related to housing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Housing Futures Center’s research agenda and multidisciplinary projects.
• Design and oversee quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods studies; disseminate findings.
• Support development of competitive grant proposals and funding opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain partnerships with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and philanthropic partners.
• Mentor research staff, graduate students, and affiliated researchers; support capacity-building.
