Job summary

The role requires 7–10 years in housing development, strong financial analysis, and proven leadership in diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of housing development with project leadership.
• Experience negotiating with lenders, investors, and public agencies.
• Knowledge of low income housing tax credits and related financing.
• Well-organised and detail oriented with team workflow management.
• Strong verbal and written communication; presentation skills.
• Motivational leadership in multicultural teams.
• Ability to travel within 90 miles of Sacramento.
• Commitment to Mutual Housing California mission.

Responsibilities

• Support VP of Real Estate in setting goals and strategies for Housing Development.
• Design and implement internal communication and information-sharing systems.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on sites, financing, and partnerships.
• Identify and evaluate new project sites and properties.
• Review loan documents and financing term sheets.
• Lead in problem-solving for new and existing projects with outside parties.
