Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in affordable housing development and real estate finance, preferably in San Francisco.
• Minimum 5 years in progressively responsible leadership roles.
• Master’s degree in real estate development, planning, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee funding procurements and issue NOFAs, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Develop and update underwriting guidelines and financing policies.
• Lead debt issuance, bond financing, and capital markets activities.
