Job summary

Evolving Solution Services seeks a Project Manager to lead the Affordable Housing Project in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will oversee planning, development, and implementation, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and full regulatory compliance.

The role requires coordinating with AAAPP, Pasco County, HUD, Dominium, and partners, managing site control, due diligence, funding, procurement, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Aging Studies, or related field.
• 5+ years in project management in housing development.
• Experience with public infrastructure or community development projects.
• Experience managing federally funded projects (HUD experience preferred).
• Experience working with and in Pasco County.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily management of the senior housing and senior center development project.
• Coordinate with Pasco County, HUD, Dominium, and partners.
• Maintain project timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
• Oversee design development, budget refinement, and construction planning.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, NEPA, and civil rights requirements.
• Support funding coordination and regulatory compliance.
