Job summary

Sonida Senior Living is seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst to bridge clinical operations and digital tools across 150+ communities. You’ll own August Health EHR/eMAR and integrate with caregiver workflows, nurse calls, CRM platforms, and reporting systems.

The role supports data-driven decisions, system optimizations, and multi-site deployments. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a care environment, strong project management, and the ability to translate clinical needs into technical solutions

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner for August Health (EHR/eMAR) and other clinical platforms.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to map workflows to system solutions.
• Support integrations with resident engagement, nurse call, and Sage.
• Ensure alignment between sales workflows, leases, dining, and operations tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve data flow and reporting across systems.
• Lead or support system implementations and upgrades with PM discipline.
• Create project docs, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Pull, analyze, and present data to support decision-making.
• Develop reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Maintain PHI handling per HIPAA and support SOX/ICFR controls.
• Create end-user training materials and provide rollout support.

Responsibilities:

Clinicaland Resident CareSystems

• Serve as the primary functional owner for August Health (EHR/eMAR) and other clinical platforms, supporting configuration, optimization, and day-to-day issue resolution
• Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to understand workflows and translate needs into system solutions
• Support integrations with resident engagement platforms, nurse call systems, and Sage
• Support Welcome Home (CRM/sales platform) and related operational tools, ensuring alignment between sales workflows and community operationsincluding move-in and electronic lease workflows, dining, entrymanagementand other community operations tools.
• Identifyopportunities to improve data flow and reporting across systems

Project Management & Support

• Lead or support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements using structured project management practices
• Develop andmaintainproject documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinatewith vendors, IT, and business teams to keep initiatives on track

Data, Reporting & Insights

• Pull, analyze, and present data to support clinical and operational decision-making
• Build andmaintainreports and dashboards that give leadership and communities clear visibility into performance
• Identifytrends and surface insights that drive continuous improvement

Compliance & Data Governance

• Handle protected health information (PHI) in clinical systems in line with HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
• Support user access and role assignments with attention to segregation of duties and audit trails, including systems where workflows touch billing and financial reporting subject to SOX/ICFR controls.

Training & Support

• Develop end-user training materials and provide hands-on support during system rollouts and updates
• Act as an internal resource for community and corporate staff navigating system questions

Required

• 3+ years of experience working in or closely with a clinicalor community operationsenvironment (senior living, long-term care, or post-acute preferred)
• Hands-on experience with clinical or operational software platforms — EMR systems, CRM tools, or similar
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings to non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated project management experience — able to manage timelines, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to both frontline staff and senior leadership

Preferred

• Direct experience with August Health, Welcome Home, or similar senior living platforms
• Familiarity with nurse call systems, resident engagement tools, or Sage
• Formal project management training or certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
• Experience working in a multi-site or enterprise environment
• Familiarity with HIPAA and/or SOX/ICFR controls in a regulated, multi-site environment.
