Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hotel housekeeping experience.
• Spanish and English bi-lingual.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a hotel housekeeping environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and laundry where applicable.
• Work collaboratively with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure accurate and timely room assignments.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, employee areas, and other assigned areas, monitoring cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure housekeeping operations comply with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
• Participate in Manager on Duty rotation and assist with staffing, scheduling, and training as required.
