Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of our hotel, ensure guest satisfaction, and meet brand standards. This part-time role emphasizes weekends (Friday–Sunday) and may require flexible scheduling.

You will perform basic housekeeping duties, restock supplies, notify supervisors of issues, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience. Strong teamwork, stress tolerance, and guest service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a motivated team player with initiative and achievement drive.
• Ability to handle problems in the workplace, anticipate and solve them.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties: change sheets, towels, restock supplies, vacuum, dust, and clean rooms after checkout.
• Ensure all rooms meet brand and IHM standards.
• Notify supervisors of damages, deficits, or disturbances.
