Responsibilities

• Direct daily coverage to complete all work assignments.
• Respond to resident inquiries within timeframes set by the department.
• Orient new team members on department cleaning procedures.
• Organize and distribute supplies as requested.
• Inspect department equipment and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate the maintenance of hazard-free work and storage areas.
• Execute general housekeeping duties.
