Destination Willamette and Lifestyle Properties, along with PinotCar, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager in Newberg, OR. The on-site role oversees housekeeping and laundry teams, focusing on accuracy, safety, and presentation across properties.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage schedules, inspect properties, and coordinate with other departments to maintain high standards while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of housekeeping or hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams with consistency, professionalism, and accountability.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
• High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and hold accountable housekeeping and laundry teams to defined standards.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach team members with documented expectations.
• Conduct quarterly check-ins and annual performance reviews focusing on accuracy and improvement.
• Build and manage daily schedules and operational adjustments for property readiness.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Manage housekeeping costs including labor, supplies, inventory and vendor spend.
• Maintain clean, organized laundry rooms and storage areas.
• Serve as primary communication bridge between housekeeping and other departments.
• Address guest feedback promptly and implement corrective actions with follow-through.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain flexibility to support weekend and peak-period operations.
