Job summary

The Nanny Poppins Agency is seeking a dedicated Full-Time House Manager for a Windermere, FL family with a newborn and a 2-year-old. The role combines household oversight with hands-on childcare, pet care for a German Shepherd, and proactive coordination with vendors to keep the home running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, trustworthy, and comfortable caring for infants. This is a long-term, live-out, full-time position with a consistent weekday schedule and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Prior house management experience and ability to oversee a busy household.
• Proven newborn and infant care experience.
• Experience caring for a toddler and a large dog.
• Highly organized, proactive, and long-term oriented.
• Ability to provide 3–5 professional references.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily household operations to keep things organized and running smoothly.
• Manage schedules, errands, grocery shopping, and restocking supplies.
• Coordinate vendors, service providers, and home maintenance as needed.
• Keep common areas, kitchen, and children's spaces tidy; handle laundry.
• Provide hands-on newborn care: feeding, diapering, soothing, sleep routines.
• Care for a 2-year-old with age-appropriate activities, meals, naps, routines.
• Handle daily dog care: feeding, walks, basic upkeep.
• Communicate regularly with the parents about updates and needs.
