The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience and HVAC certification. The role involves maintaining safety compliance, equipment upkeep, and ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.

Bachelor's diploma or relevant trade school coursework preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or trade school coursework in a related field is preferred.
• Previous supervisory engineer/maintenance experience is required.
• HVAC certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage general and preventative maintenance functions.
• Interview, select, train, and support associates.
• Oversee small projects and report on work progress.
• Perform and oversee diverse maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot kitchen equipment and repair systems.
• Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate compliance of service contracts.
