Job summary

You will lead design teams under the Director of Architecture, guiding master planning, design development and construction documents. You will coordinate with engineers, consultants, and Chambers offices to ensure on‑time, on‑budget deliverables, while maintaining quality and strong client communication throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
• Ten or more years of architectural experience; hospitality experience is preferred.
• Registered Architect / NCARB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural projects and coordinate deliverables with the project team.
• Lead each phase of design from conceptual design to construction documentation.
• Manage projects to meet timelines and fees on budget.
• Refine design concepts for planning, architecture and interior design.
• Coordinate with Chambers offices and consultants.
