Creative Artists Agency (CAA) seeks an Account Director to lead strategy, relationships, and execution of bespoke hospitality programmes for senior executives and VIPs. You will drive end-to-end planning, staffing, budgeting, and on-site hospitality across multiple venues, collaborating with clients, internal teams, and partners in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage a cross-functional team, mentor staff, and travel as needed to events, with a hybrid NY-based role requiring on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years in sports, entertainment, hospitality, experiential marketing, or related field with complex programme experience.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships, meetings, staff planning, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong budget management and forecasting skills; experience with vendor management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; professional discretion and poise.

Responsabilités

• Own and deepen the client relationship with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of a diverse portfolio of events and hospitality experiences.
• Mentor hospitality team and ensure accountability and collaboration.
• Develop multi-year ticket and hospitality strategies and optimise management platforms.
• Oversee onsite operations, guest hosting, and post-event engagement.
• Manage project timelines, status updates, run-of-show documents, and executive briefings.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation for programmes.
• Sourcing and management of vendors, venues, hotels, and transportation.
