Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in plant operations and maintenance.
• Demonstrates knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Begins prompt corrective action on deficiencies found during inspections and communicates with affected personnel.
• Demonstrates use and interpretation of test equipment for building systems repair and maintenance.
• Performs preventive maintenance and inspections to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintains documentation such as work orders and compliance records.
• Promotes teamwork and implements cost-saving recommendations within Facilities Engineering.
