Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati to maintain hospital facilities and equipment. You will work under the Supervisor to ensure safe, reliable operations and support patient care through proactive maintenance and issue resolution.

The role requires an Associate's Degree and 3–4 years of related mechanical/electrical experience, with ability to read blueprints and manuals. HVAC, boilers, chillers and steam systems knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; relevant experience accepted in lieu of education.
• 3–4 years of related maintenance experience in a healthcare or building environment.
• Mechanical and electrical background with familiarity with repair tools and terms.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and safety documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintains hospital buildings, facilities, and equipment under supervision.
• Adheres to safety protocols and uses PPE as required.
• Coordinates with supervisors and helpers to prioritize maintenance tasks.
